Our mission focuses on improving access to clean water, promoting youth entrepreneurship, and creating economic opportunities in underserved communities. ITF engages young leaders in service projects that address real-world challenges, including clean water initiatives and community development efforts in Africa. Through these programs, participants gain leadership experience while contributing to meaningful global impact. Our work combines hands-on service with cross-cultural learning to help develop informed and engaged global citizens. This opportunity is specially working with ITF USA, our U.S. chapter.About the Opportunity:As the Administration & Finance Director, you will oversee ITF's financial operations and administrative systems, helping ensure the organization operates efficiently, transparently, and sustainably. This role provides hands-on experience in nonprofit financial management, budgeting, organizational operations, and governance while supporting programs that create lasting community impact. Please note that this is a remote volunteer position.What you’ll be doing:Develop and monitor organizational budgets and financial forecasts.Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and expense tracking.Manage financial records using QuickBooks and other financial systems.Ensure compliance with financial policies, nonprofit regulations, and internal controls.Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies to improve financial sustainability.Collaborate with department leaders during annual budget planning.Support grant budgeting and financial reporting requirements.Develop and improve administrative procedures and financial policies.Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Prepare financial reports for leadership and the Board of Directors.Support audits and maintain organized financial documentation.Work with fundraising leadership to align financial planning with organizational goals.Eligibility:Preferred: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.Preferred: Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and nonprofit financial management.Preferred: Experience using QuickBooks.Preferred: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Minimum availability of 15 hours per week for at least six months.How to applyTo apply, please fill out the form using the link below:https://www.itf-us.org/careers
