Country: UkraineOrganization: Catholic Agency for Overseas DevelopmentClosing date: 9 Sep 2026CAFOD and Depaul Ukraine are looking for a consultant to conduct an external evaluation of Depaul Ukraine's Global Affairs Canada-funded programme, Integrated Protection Support to Vulnerable Households impacted by the Ukraine Conflict 2025-2026, implemented in Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, and Odesa between February 2025 to January 2027. The goal of the evaluation is to identify lessons learned and ensure accountability to beneficiaries and communities, partners and donors, and to present learnings that can inform future programming for Depaul, CAFOD, and the wider sector in Ukraine.
