UNICEF Somalia is seeking two Child Protection Specialists (Human Rights Programme) based in Mogadishu to support the implementation of the Joint Programme on Human Rights Phase III (JPHR III), with coverage across South West and Jubaland States, as well as the Banadir Region. The roles will provide dedicated technical expertise, legal and policy advice, capacity development, monitoring, reporting and partnership support to national and state institutions, civil society and partners, helping strengthen human rights systems, accountability, access to justice, inclusion and programme quality in line with international human rights standards, child rights, gender equality and leave-no-one-behind principles.
