En 2024, Action contre la Faim est venue en aide à plus de 26 millions de personnes dans 57 pays à travers le monde. www.actioncontrelafaim.org Mission : Under the supervision of the Country Director, your missions will be as follows : Contribute to Action Against Hunger country strategy development and program design Coordinate Field Operations and Integrated Program Implementation Strengthen Local Partnerships, Community Engagement and Localization at Field level Manage the team at field level with technical support from Head of Departments Facilitate Effective Coordination and Collaboration with the Coordination Team Security and Access Profile : You hold a degree in a related field such as Humanitarian Action, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field. You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior management role with humanitarian and/or development organisations, in a similar context. You have experience in project management. You have strong managerial competencies including: strategic planning and operational management; budget and resource management; security and access management; communication, coordination, facilitation. You have negotiation skills; leadership, people management, coaching, and team development skills. Conditions d'emploi National applications : 6-months contract according to the internal and national salary conditions of ACF in Afghanistan International applications : Fixed term contract under French legislation: 6 months Monthly gross salary from 2597 to 2968euros upon experience, including 13th month Reimbursement of the pension insurance for non-French citizens: 16% of the gross monthly salary Annual salary increase: 6% increase after and each 12 months of continuous contract Monthly per diem and living allowance: 682euros net, field paidMonthly country allowance: 450euros Cold allowance: Reimbursement for the purchase of winter equipment for a maximum of 380euros per person per year in severe cold contexts Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000euros/year) Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house Medical coverage: ACF covers 100% of the health and repatriation insurance agreement fees, for your medical expenses, and up to 1 month after the end of your contract.
