To support this, the organization is implementing a Staff Career Coaching Program aimed at enhancing employee' career progression, personal development, and job satisfaction.ObjectivesThe primary objectives of the career coaching program are to:Provide employee with personalized guidance to explore career paths within the organization.Support professional development through skill enhancement and goal setting.Improve job satisfaction and retention by aligning employee aspirations with organizational goals.Enhance leadership and soft skills to prepare employee for future roles.Scope of WorkThe career coaching program will cover the following areas:Career Planning & Development: Assessing career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.Skill Enhancement: Identifying training opportunities and professional development needs.Work-Life Balance & Resilience: Guidance on managing work stress and career transitions.Leadership & Management Readiness: Coaching for employee aspiring to leadership roles.Performance & Feedback: Assisting employees in understanding and improving performance metrics.Roles & Responsibilities1. OrganizationProvide necessary resources for the career coaching program.Ensure confidentiality and support employee in implementing their development plans.Monitor and evaluate the impact of the coaching program.2. Career CoachConduct one-on-one coaching sessions as needed.Develop personalized career action plans for employee.Offer career guidance, feedback, and motivation.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all coaching engagements.3. EmployeeActively participate in career coaching sessions.Implement the career development plan and seek feedback.Take responsibility for their personal and professional growth.MethodologyThe coaching sessions will be conducted in the following format:Initial Assessment: A career self-assessment questionnaire and discussion.One-on-One Coaching: Regular meetings (virtual or in-person) based on employee needs.Workshops & Group Sessions: Training on career growth, leadership, and skill-building.Feedback & Follow-up: Periodic evaluation of progress and necessary course corrections.DurationThe program will be conducted over a period of Six (6) Months, with sessions held Once or Twice a Month (depend also on staff needs)Reporting & EvaluationCoaches will provide monthly/quarterly reports on employee engagement and progress.Employee will complete feedback forms to assess the program’s effectiveness.The organization will review the impact of the program annually to refine and improve future career coaching initiatives.ConfidentialityAll coaching sessions and personal career development discussions will remain confidential between the employee and the coach unless explicitly agreed otherwise.ConclusionThis career coaching program is an investment in the professional growth of employee, ensuring their skills align with organizational needs while fostering a culture of continuous learning and developmentAll proposals must be accompanied by:Valid business registration documentValid tax clearance certificateEvidence of past experience in conducting relevant work with details of organization preferable (INGOs/ GF and UN) including contact person.Evidence of current capacity to undertake such project (Profile/CVs of technical staff including details of similar work they have been involved)Immediate availability to undertake projectEVALUATION CRITERIAProposals will be evaluated based on the below criteria:Proposed Methodology/ Technical competence/Demonstrated technical knowledge in Coaching and TrainingFluency in written and spoken English.Experts profile conducting the processPast experience/Experience working in the national/international level/Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and to liaise with national and regional level counterparts.Timeframe for completion of the CoachingConsultancy PricingHow to applyCompleted Proposals should be sent:To the Regional Supply Chain Management Director, Gifty Larbi or Regional Supply Chain Specialist (Nadege Senge) Emails: gifty_larbi@wvi.org or Nadege_senge@wvi.orgAll completed proposals must be submitted no later than close of business Friday 4th September 2026 to the above address at 17:00hr GMT.
