Country: Syrian Arab RepublicOrganization: MedGlobalClosing date: 7 Sep 2026الوظيفة: منسق مشروعموقع العمل: سوريا: (حلب"اعزاز")نوع العمل: دوام كاملالمدير المباشر: منسق البرامج القطريملخص الوظيفة:يدعم منسق المشروع تخطيط المشاريع وتنفيذها ومتابعتها لضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد، وجودة مخرجاتها، والامتثال لمتطلبات المنظمة والجهات المانحة. ويتضمن دوره التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتيسير تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة.المسؤوليات والمهام:1. المساعدة في وضع خطط العمل والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات الخاصة بالمشروع.2. تنسيق أنشطة المشروع اليومية لضمان توافقها مع الأهداف.3. دعم التنفيذ في الوقت المحدد لمخرجات المشروع ومراحله الرئيسية.4. العمل كحلقة وصل للتواصل بين الفرق والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة.5. تنظيم الاجتماعات وورش العمل وفعاليات التنسيق.6. إعداد محاضر الاجتماعات ونقاط العمل ومتابعة الالتزامات.7. دعم تتبع الميزانية ومراقبة الإنفاق.8. المساعدة في إعداد التوقعات والتقارير المالية.المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:• شهادة جامعية في الطب، أو الصيدلة، أو معهد في العلوم الطبية، أو مجال ذي صلة.• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في تنفيذ المشاريع.• تُعدّ الخبرة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية، أو وكالات الأمم المتحدة، أو المنظمات الدولية ميزة إضافية.• مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.• مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة.• القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسل، وورد، باوربوينت).Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob location: Syria (Aleppo “Azaz”)Work Type: Full TimeReport to: Country Program CoordinatorJOB SUMMARYThe Project Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery, quality outputs, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements. The role involves coordination with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient project executionResponsibilities and duties:1. Assist in the development of project work plans, timelines, and budgets2. Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with objectives3. Support timely implementation of project deliverables and milestones4. Serve as a focal point for communication between teams, partners, and stakeholders5. Organize meetings, workshops, and coordination events6. Prepare minutes, action points, and follow-up on commitments7. Support budget tracking and expenditure monitoring8. Assist in preparing financial forecasts and reportsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS• A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, institute in medical science, or a related field experience• Minimum [2–5] years of relevant experience in project implementation• Experience working with NGOs, UN agencies, or international organizations is an asset• Strong organizational and time management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)ABOUT UITYDUITYD is a global humanitarian non-profit organization providing medical and health education services to people in need, including refugees and displaced persons, in disaster and underserved regions.
