For more information, please see www.dt-global.com The Role Pacific Australia Skills is establishing a roster of 6 to 8 qualified Technical Support Consultants to provide on-call, short-term specialist services. Consultants will deliver high-quality advisory, coordination, analytical, writing, operational and implementation support across one or more technical areas. Assignments may be completed remotely, in-country, or through a combination of both approaches. Specific deliverables, timelines and level of effort will be agreed for each assignment. Consultants may be required to undertake one or more of the following services and applicants applying to this roster should nominate their expertise under the following categories. • Strategic Planning & Program Design • Technical Writing, Editing and Documentation • Program Management and Coordination Support • Procurement and Contracting Support • Governance, Risk and Compliance • Financial Advisory Support • Capacity Building and Organisational Development Click the link, or copy and paste it, to access the full Terms of Reference for this opportunity: https://tinyurl.com/2d526cz5 About You • Degree level qualification in international development, public administration, social sciences, education, business management, finance, procurement, governance, law or a related discipline with experience in a development setting • Demonstrated experience providing technical advisory services in international development programs preferably in the skills/training sector. • Experience working in Pacific Island Countries and/or Timor-Leste. • Experience working with large, complex, regional international development programs • Experience working for DFAT-funded or managing contractor programs. • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. • Excellent report writing, editing and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
