The role focuses on ensuring strict compliance with local statutory requirements, maintaining seamless day-to-day office functionalityWho we’re looking forOperations Officer will be an experienced, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam's values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:Minimum 3 years of experience with experience in procurement and understanding of supply chain proceduresGood knowledge of vendor sourcing practicesExperience in providing service/support on visa, work permit or travel protocolExperience in office management and customer serviceExcellent in communication skill in English and Thai both verbal and writtenProactive problem-solving and decision makingVery organized and efficient, including proven abilities at multi-taskingTake initiatives with sound judgementThe ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a way to lead project or process improvementGood computer skills including MS Office proficiency, and use of digital technology to produce outcomesBasic knowledge and experience in MS Dynamic 365 is desirableWhat we offerThis role will give you an opportunity to lead operations in Thailand office.
