The role focuses on ensuring strict compliance with local statutory requirements, maintaining seamless day-to-day office functionality Who we’re looking for Operations Officer will be an experienced, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam's values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies: • Minimum 3 years of experience with experience in procurement and understanding of supply chain procedures • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices • Experience in providing service/support on visa, work permit or travel protocol • Experience in office management and customer service • Excellent in communication skill in English and Thai both verbal and written • Proactive problem-solving and decision making • Very organized and efficient, including proven abilities at multi-tasking • Take initiatives with sound judgement • The ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a way to lead project or process improvement • Good computer skills including MS Office proficiency, and use of digital technology to produce outcomes • Basic knowledge and experience in MS Dynamic 365 is desirable What we offer This role will give you an opportunity to lead operations in Thailand office.
