The Resilience in Secondary Education (RISE) Programme aims to expand equitable access to secondary education for out-of-school youth aged 18-35 in Rwanda, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, gender equality and disability inclusion. The RISE Inclusion SoP provides structured guidance on inclusion, including gender, youth, disability and refugees, as well as reporting mechanisms and accountability arrangements.
