A consultancy is required to coordinate this transition, ensuring the seamless migration and harmonization of digital platforms with minimal disruption to users. Working under the supervision of the Area Representative and in collaboration with regional and global communication teams, the consultant will support the launch of the new MCO website and aligned social media architecture. Key Responsibilities: Content and Editorial • Develop a unified content strategy and narrative for the Caribbean MCO. • Redesign key web pages and programmatic sections to reflect the regional structure. • Draft and update core website content. • Ensure editorial quality, consistency, and compliance with UNICEF digital standards. • Support alignment between website and social media strategies. Technical and Website Management • Support configuration and launch of the new Drupal-based MCO website. • Configure site navigation and information architecture. • Coordinate CMS user role assignments with global teams. • Lead migration of priority content from Belize, Eastern Caribbean Area, Jamaica, Guyana, and Suriname websites. • Oversee content migration, redirects, URL mapping, and quality assurance. • Ensure proper functionality of links, embeds, analytics, and tracking tools. • Maintain compliance with UNICEF global UX, UI, accessibility, and branding standards. • Resolve content-related issues and coordinate escalation of platform-related issues when needed. The consultancy will help establish a unified, user-friendly digital ecosystem that supports UNICEF's evolving regional structure and strengthens engagement with partners, stakeholders, and the public.
