New Consultancy Recruitment & Non-Staff Workflow

UNICEF

Published
14 Sept 2026
Deadline
22 Sept 2026

Bangladesh continues to face challenges in ensuring learning and skills development opportunities for out-of-school adolescents, particularly in marginalized and vulnerable communities. To address this challenge, Alternative Learning Opportunities (ALO) interventions are being implemented through the Bureau of Non-Formal Education (BNFE) with technical support from UNICEF. These interventions are designed to provide adolescents and youth with flexible learning pathways, literacy, life skills, and employability skills that facilitate their transition to further education, training, and decent work opportunities. UNICEF requires three (03) Monitoring Assistants to provide technical and operational support to BNFE district teams in planning, monitoring, coordination, documentation, data management and reporting related to ALO implementation. The consultants will strengthen field-level monitoring systems and facilitate evidence-based decision-making for improved programme performance. The Monitoring Assistants will be based at the BNFE Head Office and will work closely with district and central level BNFE authorities, implementing institutions, training centres, and UNICEF.
