The evaluation will assess progress in literacy, nutrition, health, hygiene, school feeding, and government systems strengthening using a mixed-methods, quasi-experimental approach.The selected firm will be responsible for data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation of findings, generating evidence to inform project implementation, learning, and policy decisions. Firms with demonstrated experience in large-scale evaluations, education, nutrition, school feeding and advanced quantitative and qualitative research methodologies are encouraged to apply.Application Deadline: 23 October 2026How to applyApplicants shall submit technical and financial proposals through CARE’s Supplier Portal by 23 October 2026.To participate in this solicitation, interested firms must request access to the CARE Malawi Supplier Portal by emailing angella.kachelenga@care.org.
