HAMAP-Humanitaire initially delivered Non-Technical Survey (NTS), Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) and Battle Area Clearance (BAC) training for Lebanese NGOs and supported the continuous improvement of their organisational and technical capacities. AL-MASAR 2, launched in July 2026, is a clearance project supporting a Lebanese NGO.The Project Officer supports the Lebanon Programme Coordinator in the day-to-day management of the full project cycle. The role translates approved project documents into detailed implementation plans, follows activities, expenditure and results, coordinates programme information with partners and internal functions,
