MSF Operational Center Geneva (MSF OCG) is one of these centers.The HRIS Product Owner leads the LIGO RUN (Workday) team and ensures stable, effective and user-centred HRIS services for OCG, in alignment with the OCG Strategy and broader HR Transformation objectives.The role is responsible for service delivery, product ownership, roadmap and backlog management, activity as well as budget planning, team management, shared tenant collaboration and continuous improvement of LIGO / Workday, which was recently deployed within OCG.As LIGO is a core pillar of OCG HR Transformation, the role translates strategic objectives into sustainable operational delivery, while progressively building the governance, capacity and ways of working required for long-term service continuity and a future transition under IT.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesHRIS Service Delivery and Product OwnershipAct as Product Owner for LIGO from an OCG perspective, managing the roadmap and backlog in line with HR strategic priorities, user needs, operational requirements and shared tenant constraints.Prioritise system evolutions, enhancements and corrective actions based on business value, service impact, feasibility, risks, resources and budget.Ensure continuity, stability and quality of LIGO services across support, incident management, service requests, functional administration, integrations, releases, enhancements and continuous improvement.Coordinate with HR stakeholders, user groups, IT, TMA (Tierce Maintenance Applicative) providers, global LIGO roles and other partners to ensure effective delivery and resolution of issues.User Experience, Adoption, Data and Continuous ImprovementEnsure that user experience, adoption and change management are embedded in the design, delivery and evolution of LIGO services.Oversee communication, training, user support, feedback collection and adoption activities to improve effective use of LIGO by HR teams, managers and employees.Promote reliable, consistent and usable HR data, ensuring that data quality, reporting and downstream impacts are considered in system changes.Support simplification, harmonisation, automation and improvement of HR processes through LIGO.Monitor service performance, user feedback, recurring issues and improvement opportunities, and translate them into concrete actions.Team Management and Capacity BuildingManage, organize and coordinate the multidisciplinary LIGO service delivery team, including HR functional referents, functional administration, IT business analysis, integration, support, user experience and adoption roles.Define clear roles, responsibilities, priorities, ways of working and escalation paths within the team.Plan and monitor workload, team capacity and delivery priorities across RUN, roadmap, support, adoption, integration, data and governance activities.Support the professional development of team members and strengthen collective expertise, autonomy, documentation and knowledge sharing.Build a collaborative team culture focused on service quality, accountability, user impact, continuous improvement and sustainable support.Activity Planning, Resource and Budget ManagementLead annual and multi-year activity planning for the LIGO service delivery scope, translating HR Transformation priorities into operational plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.Prepare, manage and monitor the LIGO service delivery budget, including internal resources, external support, TMA services, maintenance, enhancements, training and adoption activities, taking into account constraints (resource, budget, shared tenant).Contribute to defining a sustainable resourcing and funding model for LIGO as the service matures and prepares for a future IT-based operating model.Governance, Collaboration and Future Operating ModelRepresent OCG in shared Workday tenant governance and contribute to a coherent, sustainable and collaborative operating model with other MSF entities, representing the broader OCG stakeholdersDefine and promote clear ways of working for prioritisation, impact assessment, decision-making, releases, testing, tenant administration, data, security and change management.Collaborate with IT, global LIGO roles, TMA (Tierce Maintenance Applicative) provider, HR stakeholders, user groups representatives and other application managers / product owners across the wider system architecture.Prepare the progressive transition of LIGO service delivery from HR Transformation towards a future IT-based operating model, while preserving business proximity and HR strategic alignment.)Your profileExperience and KnowledgeSignificant understanding of MSF, and/ or humanitarian settings constraints and operations centred service orientation mindset.Significant experience in HRIS service delivery, product ownership, application management or HR transformation, ideally with Workday or another integrated HRIS.Strong understanding of HR processes, HR operating models, digital HR services and post-go-live / RUN environments.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, technical, support, user experience and adoption roles.Experience in roadmap management, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder arbitration, activity planning, budget monitoring and resource management.Good understanding of IT service management, application governance, integrations, data governance, security principles and multi-entity/shared system environments.English and French are the working languages of MSF possibleGross annual salary (for 100%): from CHF 110’652.- to CHF 126’228.- (salary commensurate with equivalent experience and internal salary grid)Paid vacation: 25 days per year, prorate temporis, plus any Swiss public holidays falling within the contract period.Pension plan: pension contribution covered 3/4 by MSF, 1/4 by staff member.Relocation support available for eligible candidates.How to
