UNICEF Mozambique is seeking a Security Specialist, P3, based in Pemba Field Office, to provide strategic and operational security support in a complex and volatile humanitarian environment. The role will advise senior management on security risk management, support safe programme delivery, strengthen humanitarian access, and coordinate closely with UNDSS, UN agencies, authorities, NGOs and implementing partners. The incumbent will provide security analysis, incident response, emergency preparedness, staff security guidance and capacity building to enable UNICEF to deliver timely and principled support to children and communities affected by conflict, displacement and climate-related emergencies in northern Mozambique.
