Our values: • Trust • Ambition • Accountability • Neutrality • Integrity General information: • Place of work: Raqqa, with field visits to Damascus and MEHAD facilities in Deir ez-Zor, Hasakah, and Raqqa. • Working system: Part-time on-site work (50%) Required Qualifications: • Medical degree with postgraduate specialization in Obstetrics/Gynecology. • At least two years of experience in humanitarian or development contexts. • At least one year of experience in implementing and supervising reproductive health programs. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Proficiency in English is required • Ability to travel to field sites in Damascus, Deir ez-Zor, Hasakah, and Raqqa, Job Purpose: The Reproductive Health (RH) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization’s reproductive health program, including managing medical activities across clinics, labor departments, and maternity hospitals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Responsibilities: • Provide technical leadership and guidance to gynecologists, midwives, and RH staff in implementing evidence-based medical protocols to ensure patient safety, quality of care, and adherence to organizational standards. • Supervise and support reproductive health activities, including prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, newborn care, and health education initiatives. • Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of reproductive health programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements. • Assess staff training needs and develop tailored capacity-building initiatives, including ongoing mentoring, technical training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance staff skills and performance. • Conduct regular field visits to MEHAD facilities to monitor program performance, assess service quality, and provide on-site technical support and training. • Collaborate with the data department to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting, facilitating evidence-based decision-making. • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete program data for internal and external reporting. • Support proposal development and budgeting for new initiatives to secure funding and expand program reach. • Participate in strategic planning, review of protocols, operational procedures, and work plans to optimize service delivery. • Represent the organization at coordination meetings with donors, government agencies, and partners, and contribute to organizational development efforts. • Attend internal, donor, and technical meetings to stay aligned with sector developments and organizational priorities. • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support program goals. skills: • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Proven experience in staff training and development. • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks • Strong management and interpersonal skills How to apply To apply for a job vacancy, please fill in your information at the following link. https://forms.gle/uegAfkp6LwRYSCA49 Applicants who see in themselves the qualifications and experience required above can apply for the required vacancy.
