Country: Thailand Organization: DT Global Closing date: 20 Oct 2026 Program Background Partnerships for Infrastructure (P4I) is an Australian Government initiative supporting quality, inclusive infrastructure development across Southeast Asia. P4I works with partners to strengthen policy and regulatory frameworks and address barriers to infrastructure project development across four sectors, including maritime decarbonisation, with inclusion and climate considerations integrated throughout. Under this activity, P4I is seeking advisory services to assess a potential Green Shipping Corridor between Thailand and Singapore, building on P4I's earlier work identifying priority maritime decarbonisation opportunities for Thailand. For more information, please see www.dt-global.com The Activity The activity involves assessing the feasibility of a Thailand–Singapore Green Shipping Corridor, covering fuel pathways, infrastructure readiness, vessel and trade characteristics, emissions and financial analysis, and socio-economic impacts, working closely with Thailand's Marine Department, Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning, and Port Authority of Thailand. This activity calls for a multidisciplinary team covering the following mandatory functions: • Overall Project Lead • Project Manager • Emissions Expert • Commercial and Financial Expert • Socio-Economic Expert There is no strict requirement on team composition, providing the mandatory functions are adequately covered by the collective proposed team.
