This consultancy is to develop a practical toolkit to support country teams responsible for leading or promoting vaccine acceptance and uptake during public health emergencies. The toolkit will provide practical guidance and tools for integrating vaccine demand and acceptance throughout the emergency vaccination cycle, from preparedness and activation through vaccine deployment, monitoring, and adaptation. The consultancy will also provide technical support to promote vaccine uptake and demand for vaccine trials and vaccine roll out in response to ebola disease outbreaks.
