UNICEF is seeking a national consultant to support the Aleppo Field Office in revitalizing and advancing the Child Friendly City initiative in Aleppo. The consultant will support the development of a results framework and a multi-sectoral action plan aligned with recognized Child Friendly City criteria and the priorities of the Aleppo local government. The consultancy will be implemented in two phases over an initial period of six months, with each phase lasting three months. Subject to progress, results achieved, and the continued needs of the initiative, the consultancy may be extended.
