A detailed list of items is available in the Tender Package.The full information and details on this tender are available in the tender package that you can request them:via e-mail from tenders.nes@rescue.org with the subject“Seed Multiplication lab-5SYR/0018”Completed bids and proposals must be submitted to IRC at the given e-mail address in RFP by Close of Business, 08October 2026 16:00 PMAll bids must fully answer all questions in the RFP. All required documentation must be submitted together with the quotation. Failure to complete any parts of the RFP documents or failure to submit required documentation will result in elimination from the bid process.Bids submitted after 08October 2026 16:00 PM will not be accepted.منظمة تطوعية دولية تتولى طلبات العروض في سوريا وتتطلب ما يلي:مناقصة عامة للبحث عن عروض من الموردين المحتملين الذين يمكنهم توفير معدات ومستلزمات مختبر إكثار البذور في الرقة.تستهدف عملية المناقصة هذه الموردين المحليين والدوليين على حد سواء، وتتوفر قائمة مفصلة بالأصناف ضمن حزمة وثائق العطاء.كل التفاصيل والمعلومات الكاملة لهذه المناقصة متوفرة بأوراق المناقصة التي يمكن ان تطلبها:بالإيميل tenders.nes@rescue.orgبشرط وضع العنوان التالي بالإيميل المرسل:“Seed Multiplication lab-5SYR/0018”يجب تقديم العروض الكاملة عن طريق الايميل المرفق بالعطاء المرسل، قبل او بنهاية دوام يوم 8 تشرين الأول 2026 الساعة الرابعة مساء.يجب أن تجيب جميع العطاءات بشكل كامل على جميع الأسئلة الواردة في طلب تقديم العروض.يجب تقديم جميع الوثائق المطلوبة مع عرض الأسعار. سيؤدي عدم استكمال أي أجزاء من مستندات طلب تقديم العروض، أو عدم تقديم المستندات المطلوبة إلى الاستبعاد من عملية تقديم العطاءات.سوف لن يتم قبول العروض المقدمة بعد نهاية دوام 8 تشرين الأول 2026 الساعة الرابعة مساءHow to applytenders.nes@rescue.org
