UNICEF West and Central Africa Regional Office (WCARO) is seeking an Administrative Associate, G-6, on a Temporary Appointment for six months, based in Dakar, Senegal, to support the Programme and Planning section.Under the supervision of the Regional Chief Programme and Planning, you will provide specialized administrative, operational and coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of the section. Your work will cover budget monitoring, planning and project management support, procurement and contract administration, workflow coordination, communications, travel, records management, meeting support and other day-to-day administrative services.You will play a key role in helping the section deliver efficiently by ensuring that administrative processes are timely, accurate, well organized and compliant with UNICEF procedures. The role requires strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, client orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy regional office environment.
