UNICEF ESARO is seeking an experienced mental health and wellbeing professional to design and facilitate a virtual webinar series focused on burnout prevention, recovery, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing for UNICEF staff. The consultant will deliver two cohorts of interactive sessions, providing participants with practical, evidence-based tools to better understand burnout, regulate stress, strengthen resilience, enhance self-care practices, and reconnect with purpose in both their professional and personal lives. The assignment requires demonstrated expertise in psychology, counselling, staff wellbeing, or a related field, along with experience facilitating engaging virtual learning programmes within multicultural and complex organizational environments. Experience working with the United Nations system or international organizations and delivering similar wellbeing initiatives is highly desirable.
