The works consist of builders work, including construction of internal partitions, replacement kitchen facilities, creation of a new external door opening, localised damp treatment, replacement of flooring, and installation of wall protection strips, along with some mechanical and electrical works.The agreement will run for a period of 16 weeks subject to confirmation. It is estimated that the Contract will start on 13 July 2026Note:This contract will be awarded on the basis of 60% cost and 40% quality.This invitation to quote is in three sections. The lowest priced quote will achieve the maximum score and any prices above the lowest will be allocated a proportionate score.
