This contract is being awarded via a Further Competition under Lot 1.2 Technology Enabled Care (Telecare) Services of ESPO Framework 203_25. Leicestershire County Council has awarded a Supplier to deliver its Adult Social Care (ASC) Care Technology Service, aiming to support independence and improve outcomes for residents. This requirement will combine strategic leadership and operational delivery alongside the existing in-house Care Technology Service to embed Care Technology into social care pathways.•The Council is seeking an interim provider while it considers longer term service options for a new Authority under Local Government Reorganisation. The interim arrangement is intended to maintain service continuity during the transition period.•The Supplier will manage 24/7 alert monitoring, support diverse user groups, ensure compliance with legal and data protection frameworks, and drive continuous innovation aligned with ASC strategic priorities.
