Internal Print Procurement - AWARD

The University is seeking a supplier who can provide multifunctional devices and printers to meet the University's internal print, scan and copy requirements. The delivered solution must be able to provide follow me print and be compatable with a Pharos Uniprint environment. The University of Brighton is currently located in three campuses with approximately 124 MFDs and 77 printers. Since Covid the print volume drastically reduced from 13 million prints per annum to 3.7 million prints per annum. Whilst the fleet has been reduced down to 124 devices from 154 it is felt the volume of print does not support the existing deployment. The supplier will therefore be required, post award, to work with the University to develop the optimum deployment for the University.
