MaPS requires an uplift support to be given to the Pensions Dashboards Programme in order to deliver a revised over-arching digital delivery plan, update and improve the existing digital test strategy, and facilitate delivery and testing activities. In order to deliver these requirements, activities will include:- Create an overarching digital delivery plan for the programme, based on current and planned workstream activities.- Review and update the existing programme test strategy.- Assist in establishing organisational structures.- Assist in establishing robust and transparent reporting structures.- Work closely with existing delivery and testing resources to establish clear workstream testing objectives- Orchestrate all testing resources and activities.- Work with internal team members, engaged stakeholders, and delivery partners to achieve and assure successful delivery of digital outcomes. The contract was procured as a call-off, following a short-listing and evaluation process, from RM1557.14 Digital Marketplace (G-Cloud 14). The additional services relate to programme delivery, architecture, testing and delivery management activities necessary to support programme objectives and delivery milestones. The contract term remains unchanged and continues to expire on 31 December 2026.The original contract was published with a value of £700,000; following this modification, the total contract value will increase to £1,040,400. The modification is made to incorporate additional services that have become necessary during contract delivery and are being provided by the existing contractor in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
