Location: Dublin, Ireland Contract: Permanent Salary: Local Terms and Conditions apply Responsibilities • Develop and implement Sightsavers Ireland's corporate fundraising strategy for 2027–2031 • Create annual fundraising plans with clear priorities, objectives and measures of success • Identify, develop and secure new corporate partnerships that align with Sightsavers' mission and values • Build and manage strong relationships with corporate partners, creating mutually beneficial engagement opportunities • Lead the planning and delivery of fundraising and cultivation events, including flagship challenges and donor engagement activities • Develop innovative fundraising initiatives that engage businesses, employees and wider supporter networks • Build a network of senior business leaders who can champion and advocate for Sightsavers Ireland • Monitor fundraising performance and provide reporting on income, impact and return on investment • Manage campaign and partnership budgets and ensure funding is accurately tracked and reported This is a highly varied and involved role and the above is not an exhaustive list of duties or required professional skills.
