Tenders

The procurement lifecycle, from notice to award, in one terminal.

Development-bank, UN and EU procurement notices normalized to one record, then read for you: what the notice requires, what it would take to bid, what changed, who else wins here, and what your rights are after the award. Every derived line cites its source.

5,715 tender notices in the live index · 120 closing in the next 14 days · 9 funders represented

No card required. The notice text is public on every record page; the analysis is what you subscribe to.

The tender workflow

Six steps, one record, every claim cited.

Each step below is a surface that exists in the terminal today, with the plan that carries it. Nothing here is a roadmap.

  1. Step 01 · Discover

One feed across the funders you bid to

Procurement notices from the development banks, UN agencies, the EU and national portals, normalized to the same fields and filterable by funder, sector, country, value and lifecycle stage.

    • Lifecycle stage and deadline on every noticePublic
    • Verified badge against official publisher domainsPublic
    • Saved views and alerts on any filter setExplorer
    • Estimated contract value, in USD and the source currencyProfessional
  2. Step 02 · Qualify

Read what the notice requires, with the quote beside it

The eligibility and compliance checklist lists what a bidder must be, have or do. Each row quotes the notice verbatim, so you check the reading against the source, not against a summary.

    • Eligibility & compliance checklist, every requirement citedProfessional
    • Lots as published, with per-lot valuesProfessional
    • Document package with links and change trackingProfessional
    • Buyer contactsProfessional
  3. Step 03 · Get bid-ready

A cited reading of what it takes to bid

On demand, GLODA reads the full notice and returns the requirements, submission steps, dated steps, cautions and the questions it leaves open. Every row carries its quote. It is labelled AI-assisted and never gives a verdict.

  4. Step 04 · Track

From shortlist to submission in one pipeline

Move a notice through New, Review, Shortlist, Bid or No-bid, Submitted and Monitor. Owners, milestones, a submission checklist, partner tracking and recorded no-bid reasons sit on the entry. Amendments and document changes land on the timeline.

    • Shared pipeline with owners and routed alertsTeam
  5. Step 05 · Debrief

Know your rights after the award

For each funder on file, the standstill, debriefing and challenge rules with the official text linked, plus a request-for-debriefing letter drafted from the notice. Rules-based, never model-written.

    • Debrief & challenge toolkit per funderProfessional
    • Request-for-debriefing letterProfessional
    • Award context: likely bidders and prior processes by this buyerProfessional
  6. Step 06 · Post-award

Who wins, who buys, and who is excluded

Award history for contractors, procurement performance for buyers where enough awards are published, and screening of your partner roster against the official debarment and sanctions lists.

What GLODA will not do

Intelligence you can defend in a bid review.

No win probabilities, no scores

GLODA tells you what a notice says and what has happened on comparable processes. It does not predict outcomes or recommend whether to bid.

Every extracted field cites the notice

A requirement appears only when its quote is found in the notice text. Rows that cannot be verified are dropped, never shown.

No fabricated dates or outcomes

A stage advances only on evidence a source published. A scheduled contract end is never turned into a completion.

"Not yet verified" is neutral

The Verified badge states that provenance traces to an official channel. Its absence is a statement about GLODA’s checks, never about the notice.
