Characterized by a significant share of young individuals aged between 18 and 35 years, high youth unemployment rates, significant numbers of refugees and IDPs, and a pressing need for sustainable economic opportunities, these regions are struggling to provide sufficient employment opportunities for them.Recognizing the urgency of this matter, the International Labour Organization (ILO) is implementing a project titled "Promoting Employment and Employability among Refugees, Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), and Host Communities, Focusing on Women, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and Youth in Northern Iraq" in Ninawa and the Kurdistan Regional Government areas of Duhok, Erbil, and Sulaymaniyah. This is a collaborative initiative between the ILO and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).To this end, the project has trained 308 trainees on financial education in four governorates: Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, and Mosul, with a one-day event held in each governorate to link trainees with Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs).The ILO is seeking the services of an implementing partner able to provide training rooms, meals and refreshments, stationery, and training manuals. The payment schedule will consist of a single payment, issued after the completion of the service and upon receipt of the invoice and required documents from the supplier, in line with ILO's satisfaction with the service. Means of payment: the payment will be paid via wire transfer to the designated bank account of the supplier. Important Notes: The supplier will be billed to ILO based on the actual number of participants and service.
