UNFPA South Sudan is seeking a qualified, legally Private Limited Company to carry out the actions detailed out below under Section 2. The selected partner will design and implement the accelerated delivery of the activities across identified geographic locations in South Sudan. The Bidders must abide by the Technical and Financial Proposal Templates provided in Section 5. The bids not following the template will not be considered for review.1.2 Submission ModalityBidders must submit their Technical and Financial Proposals online via the UNFPA Quantum Supplier Portal. Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in two separates, in ERP quantum**.** To comply with the two-envelope procurement method, bidders must upload their Technical Proposal strictly into the technical evaluation section and submit their pricing and Financial Proposal exclusively into the Commercial (Lines) section of the negotiation event. Do not include any financial information or pricing details in the technical section, as doing so will result in immediate disqualification.How to applyAll applications for this call must be submitted through this link .
