The consultant will support the UNICEF Asia Pacific Pillar Office in Tokyo in planning, coordinating and completing the office relocation project, ensuring that the process is well-structured, documented, risk-managed and delivered through to operational readiness, move-in and project closure. The assignment will be organized around three linked work packages: relocation project planning and governance; office decommissioning and new office operational readiness; and move-in coordination, project closure and handover.
