The purpose of this program is to improve the nutrition and overall well-being of mothers, children, and families. MCH Nutrition Training Programs will provide interdisciplinary graduate education to build a skilled workforce, provide technical assistance to state Title V and other MCH programs, expand nutrition education and career pathways, and improve access to high-quality nutrition services through trainee placements and practicums at health centers.

Domestic* non-profit private institutions of higher education are eligible to apply. Individuals are not eligible applicants under this NOFO. *"Domestic" means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
