Organization: War Child InternationalClosing date: 15 Aug 2026War Child Alliance is seeking a qualified web developer/software developer to design and deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of a digital referral system for the Syria Joint Response (SJR) consortium. The system will strengthen inter-partner referrals by providing a secure, web-based platform for referral management, tracking, and reporting across consortium partners operating in Northwest and Northeast Syria.
