Inspect the existing deck for degradation and repair/ replace as necessary. Supply and install a new High-Performance Elastomeric TA-30 warm roof RBM system, incorporating a Parafoam Ultra Tapered Board Insulation scheme, achieving the maximum required U-value of 0.18 W/m2K.
