UNICEF is seeking an experienced Health Specialist (Emergency) to lead and support emergency health programming for vulnerable women and children across Afghanistan. Reporting to the Chief of Health, the position plays a critical role in emergency preparedness, outbreak response, programme management, health systems strengthening, and coordination with government, UN agencies, NGOs, donors, and Health Cluster partners.
