The Evaluation Consultant will support UNICEF ECARO, Country Offices, and government counterparts in assessing the feasibility, designing, managing, and implementing experimental and quasi-experimental evaluations of government interventions. The consultant will strengthen national evaluation capacity on counterfactual evaluation methodologies and provide technical guidance to Country Offices and government counterparts in the design and implementation of high-quality, robust strategic evaluations using quantitative methods.
