The Government of Senegal has constructed a state-of-the-art office complex in Diamniadio—the Maison des Nations Unies (UN House)—available to the United Nations System under a formal Memorandum of Agreement (MoA). The UN portion of the complex spans approximately 38,000 m2. Within this common premises framework, UN agencies in Senegal will pool administrative, IT and facility management services. As per the Common Premises MoU signed by the participating entities (including UNICEF), UNICEF is selected to manage the dedicated United Nations House Management Unit (UNHMU), to deliver these shared services.To ensure a seamless, high-efficiency transition for both the UNICEF Senegal Country Office (SCO) and the UNICEF West and Central Africa Regional Office (WCARO), UNICEF is recruiting a senior Project Manager (TA) to lead the move to the UN House and manage the transition in close collaboration with stakeholders from both SCO and WCARO.
