A variation has been actioned to reduce the value to £812,456.30 excluding VAT. There is a a non-committed contingency allowance of £137,543.70 excluding VAT for additional licences that may be purchased during the contract term, subject to approval. The total maximum contract value including the non-committal contingency value shall not exceed £950,000.00 excluding VAT.
