The report analyzes the relevance, coherence, and effectiveness of Bank Group support in three areas central to Egypt’s development priorities: (1) private sector–led job growth, with a focus on fostering an enabling environment through macro-fiscal stability and improvements in the investment climate, (2) strengthening household resilience by expanding social protection, and (3) promoting Egypt’s energy transition. The findings aim to inform future Bank Group engagement in Egypt, including the next Country Partnership Framework cycle.
