UNICEF Mozambique is seeking a dynamic and motivated Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) Officer (NO-B) to support the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of evidence-based SBC strategies that promote positive behaviours and strengthen community engagement, particularly in emergency and humanitarian contexts. Reporting to the SBC Specialist (P-3), the incumbent will generate and apply research and behavioural evidence, build partnerships, support capacity development, and contribute to innovative programmes that improve outcomes for children and communities. Candidates should have a university degree in a relevant field, at least one year of professional experience in SBC, Communication for Development, public advocacy, or related areas, and fluency in English.
