🚀 Drive Strategic Impact for Children from the Office of the Representative. The Executive Specialist (P-3) will serve as a trusted strategic advisor and key partner to the Representative and Senior Management Team, supporting informed decision-making and effective delivery of UNICEF Bangladesh’s Country Programme. The role brings together strategic planning, executive support, policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement and high-level communications, working across the Country Office, government, UN and external partners. The incumbent will help translate strategic priorities into action, navigate complexity, ensure timely follow-up and strengthen organizational effectiveness, collaboration and innovation. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker and strong relationship builder to contribute to national policy dialogue, organizational strategy and meaningful results for children across Bangladesh.
