Country: Iraq Organization: International Labour Organization Closing date: 12 Aug 2026 Event Management service for TOT Training for Financial institutes ( Banks, MFI) and BDS In Erbil 16th -16th August 2026 Background and purpose / Objective for this Service: As part of the broader efforts of the KfW and PROSPECTS projects to foster an enabling environment for SMEs and strengthen the capacities of their partner institutions, this assignment aims to provide the logistical support required to deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT)program . The training of trainer program is designed to build a pool of trainers with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to independently deliver, facilitate, and evaluate training on SME lending, credit analysis, and portfolio management. By equipping participants to train others within their own institutions, the initiative seeks to ensure the long-term sustainability of capacity-building efforts while reducing reliance on external technical assistance. The training will bring together participants from a range of partner institutions, including ICBG, the National Bank of Iraq (NBI), MFIs, First Finance Company , Al Mashreq Al Arabi bank and BDS providers. This diverse mix of participants has been consciously designed to promote cross-institutional learning, establish a shared understanding of SME finance and lending practices, and strengthen collaboration among key actors within the SME support ecosystem. Event date from/to: 16th -16h Aug 2026 (4 Days) Location: Erbil Number of Participants: 22 participants (2 from ICBG, 4 from NBI, 2 from FFC, 3 from BDS ( Ǫaflab) , 3 from MFIs, 2 from Mashreq Al Arabi, 2 from Bank of Baghdad, 2 from MoLSA and 2 ILO staff) Logistics Requirement: # Description Ǫuantity Days Unit Price /USD Total Price /USD 1 The service provider should provide a large suitable hall per UNDSS Cleared hotel list, 4 stars for the workshop with the capacity of 25 people for the date of 16th -19th 2026. Sufficient space should be available to allow a 1.5-meter distance between participants to allow for movement during the training plus to the following specifications: -The hall should have space for 4 large round tables plus one for the facilitator -The hall should have carpet flour, no sound leaks from adjacent events or street noise 1 4 days # Description Ǫuantity Days Unit Price /USD Total Price /USD -The hall should have easy access to a minimum of 4 toilets. -The room should be sufficiently bright with sunlight and air conditioning. -The room should be equipped with LCD projector per conference room including screen, remote control, laser pointers and 6 table fixed microphones. -A minimum of 5 flipcharts with paper blocks and a set of markers to be provided. -The hotel shall arrange for fully functional electronic and audio-visual equipment and workshop materials (data shows, wireless microphones, audio systems, etc.) to allow for - Free Wi-Fi internet connection in the workshop hall. -A minimum of 5 Universal Adapters. -Pens and notepads for each of the participants -Drinking bottles of water to be provided 2 times daily per person. -Enough Sterilizers, tissue papers should be placed on the tables in the hall. -LCD projector including screen, remote control, laser pointers and two Speakers. The halls should have enough space for sitting including registration table at the entrance per each day 2. The hall should have easy access to a minimum of 2 toilets 3. The hotel should have full considerations for disability access 4. The Hall should be sufficiently bright with good light and air conditions. 5. The hotel shall arrange for fully functional electronic and audio-visual equipment and workshop materials (such as banners and/ or flags and/or roll-ups, data shows, wireless microphones, audio systems, teleconference equipment, etc.) 6. Flipcharts with stands, whiteboard with paper, and markers 7. Meeting signage including company logo to guide your guests. 8. The hotel must be approved by UNDSS. 9. Room on ground floor or higher (not basement floor) 10. On specific occasions, disability accessible premises and technical arrangements might be requested 11. Free Wi-Fi internet connection in the training room and backup internet. 12. A minimum of 5 Universal Adapters. 13. The payment schedule will consist of a single payment, issued after the completion of the service and upon receipt of the invoice and required documents from the supplier, in line with ILO's satisfaction with the service. Means of payment: the payment will be paid via wire transfer to the designated bank account of the supplier.
