The purpose of this consultancy is to support the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN), through its National Budget Department, to design, configure, pilot and roll out automated gender-responsive budgeting (GRB) within the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS), while building the capacity of MINECOFIN staff and budget agencies and strengthening the broader GRB process.
