HEATING SYSTEM UPGRADES

The purpose of this requirement is to upgrade the heating system at Marks Farm Community Centre and Silver End Village Hall, as well as the supply and installation of a new Photovoltaic Array on the roof of Silver End Village Hall. Silver End Village Hall is a large community centre in Silver End. Its main use is to provide a community facility for local residents. It has a changing room to the rear managed by Braintree District Council and current tenant's, include a Social Club, Silver End Parish Council offices, ECC Family Hub and small to medium sized events business, who hire out their space to a nursery, a library and for events.
