Kirklees council ran a procurement exercise for Operational Services Asset Management System (OSAMS) (the "Services") as a Further Competition under the Crown Commercial Services framework agreement Ref: RM6259; Vertical Application Solutions (VAS); Lot 3 - Housing, Environmental and Planning (the "Framework Agreement").Bids were invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to Lot 3 of the Framework Agreement with relevant experience and ability for the Operational Services Asset Management System (OSAMS) (the "Services") as detailed in the Further Competition documents. 1.4The estimated value of the Services to be awarded is approximately £1,000,000.00 over the initial 5-year term of the contract, including implementation. 1.5The anticipated commencement date for the implementation is 1st April 2026, with the commencement date of the Call-off Contract is 01/10/2026.The anticipated expiry date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 30/09/2031, with the option to extend for further successive periods of twelve (12) monthly extensions up to a maximum 120 months (10 years).
