Under the supervision of the Chief of Education, the consultant will lead a comprehensive documentation, systematization, and institutionalization process of the I Am Music initiative, a flagship intervention that uses artistic and cultural expression as a catalyst for behaviour change, social inclusion, gender transformation, protection, and learning among children and adolescents, particularly girls and children and adolescents living with disabilities. The initiative contributes directly to UNICEF Cameroon Country Programme (2022–2026), Education Output 4: "Children, adolescents, including those living with disabilities, parents, teachers, and communities are engaged and promote a transformative approach towards creating safe, inclusive and non-violent environments."
