Country: TürkiyeOrganization: Door Beyond WarClosing date: 21 Aug 2026Door Beyond War announces that the application deadline for this consultancy has been extended to 21 August 2026 at 17:00 Türkiye time.Door Beyond War is seeking a qualified consultancy company to deliver an Evidence-Based Advocacy, Leadership, and Policy-Maker Engagement Consultancy within the “Univocal Voices Project: Opening Channels for Dialogue,” implemented under the FORCE4Refugees Coalition.The consultancy aims to support civil society organizations and refugee-led organizations in transforming participatory research findings into a joint advocacy strategy and practical tools for engagement with institutions and policy-makers.Consultancy DetailsLocation: Gaziantep, Türkiye – Hybrid modalityMaximum duration: 20 working days (160 hours)Expected implementation period: August 2026 – March 2027Training language: ArabicScope of WorkThe selected consultancy company or team will be responsible for:Designing and delivering a five-day participatory training programme in Arabic on evidence-based advocacy, leadership development, and engagement with policy-makers.Integrating a Training of Trainers component into the training programme.Providing mentoring and technical support to participating civil society organizations and refugee-led organizations.Supporting participants in transforming research findings and community perspectives into clear advocacy priorities.Developing a joint advocacy strategy and an accompanying action plan.Preparing at least three policy briefs based on the available research findings and identified advocacy priorities.Developing practical advocacy, communication, and engagement tools in Arabic, Turkish, and English.Supporting inclusive, community-led, and responsible approaches to advocacy and institutional engagement.Required Qualifications and ExperienceApplicants must:Be a limited liability company or sole proprietorship legally registered in Türkiye.Be able to issue an official invoice.Demonstrate relevant experience in evidence-based advocacy, engagement with policy-makers, leadership development, civil society capacity strengthening, or related fields.Propose a Lead Trainer with at least seven years of relevant professional experience.Demonstrate experience in designing and delivering participatory training programmes.Have experience working with civil society organizations, refugee-led organizations, refugees, or host communities.Have the capacity to deliver the training in Arabic and prepare the required outputs in Arabic, Turkish, and English.How to applyInterested applicants must submit the following documents:A technical offer outlining the proposed methodology, work plan, and timeline.CVs of the proposed team members.Evidence of relevant previous organizational experience and references.A financial offer prepared using the official financial offer template.Legal registration documents of the company or sole proprietorship.The Terms of Reference, financial offer template, and detailed application requirements are available through the following link: HereApplications must be submitted via email to:procurment@doorbeyondwar.orgPlease use the following email subject line:Evidence-Based Advocacy and Leadership Consultancy – [Company Name]Extended application deadline: 21 August 2026 at 17:00 Türkiye time.The technical and financial offers must be submitted as separate files.
