UNICEF Bangladesh is seeking an experienced Partnerships Specialist (P-3, Temporary Appointment) to support donor engagement, resource mobilization, grant management, donor reporting and strategic partnerships in Cox's Bazar. Working in a complex humanitarian-development context, the incumbent will help deepen collaboration with donors and partners, identify funding opportunities, ensure timely and quality donor reports, support donor visibility and provide strategic support to senior management and programme teams. The role requires strong drafting, analytical, coordination and diplomatic communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and represent UNICEF's priorities with credibility and clarity.
