Supported Living Care and Support - Call-Off from BMC1227 Framework -Awarded to Sure Healthcare and Supported Living (UK) Ltd

This requirement relates to the provision of care and support for a 19-year-old individual with complex neurodevelopmental needs, including a severe learning disability and associated conditions impacting communication, sensory processing and attention. The individual is independently housed within a Council-owned property that has been specifically adapted to meet their needs. The support required will focus on enabling daily living, engagement, and wellbeing within a structured and person-centred framework. The full contract period runs from 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2027.
