The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office are seeking Design and Project management Services for RIBA stages 2-7 through the Construction Professional Services - RM6165 The Project involves the refurbishment of the High Commissioner's Residence, including internal, external and landscaping works.The Project objectives include:-Design and deliver a solution based on the various investigation and feasibility reports to provide a long term, fit for purpose Residence.-Provide a focus on sustainability and environmental solutions.-Provide design solutions that support on-going maintenance.-Provide a solution which can be implemented whilst the office and gatehouse remain fully operational.-Provide programme certainty.
